Do you ship worlwide ?

Yes , we do ship worlwide.

When will I receive my order ?
It takes about 8 to 15 business days to receive your order according to the country of delivery. In Some countries, you can experience additional time due to customs or local post service. We are not responsible for that additional time.

How can I pay my order ?
You can pay with all major credit card. We accept Visa , American Express, Discover and Master Card. If you already have a paypal account , you can pay  simply using your account.

Do you accept returns or exchanges ?
We accept returns or exchange only for defective item.

Are your items authentic ?
All our items are authentic. Your items will come with an authenticity card , a serial number , dustbag or in boxe. We will receive exactly the same  items as the ones you can buy in a store.

My item is defective , can I get a refund ?
Yes , of course. You can choose to exchange your item or to have a refund for it. This works only for defective item. No other reason will be accept either for exchange or refund. Note that a full refund  is excluding shipping costs.

Do you have a customer support ?

I can't order more than 7 items.
Actually, you are not able to buy more than 7 items at a time.
